The original Releases signed by the Model, Parent, Tutor of the Model, Photographer and Witness are perpetual. Below you will find the form of the Release, which is printed out, filled in and signed by all the mentioned participants of the photo session (filled and signed fields are marked with “n”). There are Model Releases for each photo image of people on the website.

Model release (adults), the conditions of the signed release:

For good and valuable consideration , herein acknowledged as sufficient and by signing this release, I (Model) hereby grant the Customer (for whom the Photographer is acting), the Customer’s legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish pictures of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, distorted in character or form, in color or otherwise, with a fictitious name, in any media, in advertising, promotion, art, editorial, publishing, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

I acknowledge that I have consented to publication of my ethnicity(-ies), but understand that other ethnicities may be associated with my Images for descriptive purposes.

I hereby waive any right to change the photos or interfere with the rights for publications. I acknowledge that I will not litigate copyright or proprietary interest for these Photos. I acknowledge that I will have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and commit not to have any claims for any reason to the Customer, the Photographer and their Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that this release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. I hereby warrant that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.

I hereby warrant that I am of full legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above release, prior to its signing, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
