While buying the plan without having the current plan over, the plans do not sum up. I.e., for example, that by buying twice Monthly business package 60 Mb you'll get two months of usage of the Monthly business package and you can download only 60 mb of images daily during these two months (but you can't get 120 mb daily within one month). At your personal account the expiry date of your last purchased plan is indicated (the clock icon). After it's over another plan, the one before last, will be launched and the expiry date will be updated. To avoid any misunderstanding with the plans, try not to buy more than 3 plans at a time. If any of the plans won't launch, please contuct us, we'll try to handle it without any delay.

Each image I download is counting TWICE. I'm only able to download half of the MBs before reaching my daily limit. I've sent two emails to support and no answer. I'm almost requesting my money back on paypal. Terrible customer services. And BUGGY website. PLEASE contact me to make things right.
ok.. no support answer.. but I've chnaged browsers now it seems to be working. It seems obvious that you count the MB per HTTP request and not the actual MB that are being downloaded. So, never mind my previous complaint. Although I've effectively lost one day of download, all is well now.
Hello Mark, I apologize for the late answer and inconvenience. As a compensation I will prolong your plan for other few days. Yes, you are right, the traffic calculation starts when a request for image downloading is formed. We wrote about it in the FAQ. The new algorithm calculations are being worked on at the moment, and we will try to launch it in the near Future.
Thank You!
. " As a compensation I will prolong your plan for other few days." Actually the problem hasn't been solved yet... Not a single minute has been added to my plan so far.
Hello Mark, August 25, we have added you two days to the tariff.
