Oct 08, 2010. Occured problems with downloading photos and error limit exceeding of 35Mb are now resolved.
Published on October 08, 2010Now extended limit is set again to the original volume. If you still experience problems with it, please inform support service at support@photl.com. Please indicate the type and version of the browser that you are using and describe the problem in details (screenshots welcomed). This measures will help us to solve occured problems much faster.

Hi, I still experience with the 35Mb downloading limition, please help me with this? I use 2 browser: IE8 and FireFox 3.0.19. Thank you!

Hello, try to download the photos again. It should work fine now. Carefully check what you want to download. If you press the button 'download', the system will count the whole volume of a chosen image. Press the button 'download' only once. If you still experience problems with error limit exceeding, please contact us and describe the problem in details.

Hi, I still have problems with downloading photos. I got the info abut exceeding the 35 MB limit even though I've logged in first time a day, before even trying to download anything, or after getting one photo - which definitely isn't 35 MB. I use Opera 10.63 browser
Hello Marlena! We have checked your account. It's working fine, and photos are downloading. The reason why it didn't work out earlier may be time (usually it takes 24 hours to activate account) or the limit for downloading had not uploaded by that time. Please contact us if the problem occurs again.
